The rocky slope higher slopes of Mount Washington tower over the slides of Ammonnosuc Ravine, one of the foremost features of the western side of the mountain. Lakes of the Clouds A.M.C. hut can be detected on the right, below the skyline, beneath the slopes of Mount Monroe.
